Having released some of Spain’s most iconic tracks in recent years -Fiebre, Santa Maria, Alocao and Zorra- Bad Gyal has become one of the best established young artists in the music industry worldwide. Despite her short career, the catalan-born singer and songwriter has become a national icon and a worldwide rising star with two globally acclaimed mixtapes under her name: Slow Wine (2016) and Worldwide Angel (2018).
Producers like Scott Storch, Supa Dups, Dubbel Dutch, Jam City and El Guincho have teamed up with her to create a truly lavish club sound. She’s toured Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA several times and international media outlets like Pitchfork or The Fader concluded that she is shaping the future of music as she strives for perfection.
2020 has been a year of consolidation for Bad Gyal. Singles: Alocao, Hookah, Santa Maria and Zorra achieved Platinum and Tu Eres un Bom Bom made Gold. Most of them reached top 1 on Spain’s YouTube ranking and peaked at the top of Spotify and Apple Music charts. Regardless of what the future might bring, Bad Gyal is set on a bigger stage next.
