Talib Kweli Video ShootPosted 8/21/2002 by Geffen For those of you who don't know, RES blessed Talib Kweli's Refection Eternal album with her raspy vocals on the cut “Too Late.” Once again, our favorite Philly vixen brought style, beauty, and a flavor only RES is capable of exuding.
It’s Monday August 21, 2002 and we’re on the set of the Talib Kweli video shoot for his next bangin’ single “Waiting For The DJ” (featuring Bilal) exploding off his forthcoming album Quality--bogarting all record sales November 2002 on Rawkus Records. (what!)
The shoot was in Los Angeles, CA and the set was packed with heavy hitters DJ’s Beverly Bond, DJ Eque, DJ E Nuff, Dilated Peoples & Babu, Novel, Tre (formerly of The Pharcyde), Black Thought (The Roots), Tek Money, and even the homie Micheal Rappaport came through!
