“Songs Of Freedom” came to life when I was inspired by Gap's vote initiative. Gap is dedicating the next several weeks to inspiring people to vote and for decades they have stood for self expression and individuality. What better way to express your individuality than to vote? So I partnered with the Gap to create sort of an anthem for this 'voting' season. It’s not necessarily about politics. It’s about having an opinion or a passion and really standing for it. I have always been inspired by the great poets and songwriters of the 60's and 70's... The songs that 'really made us think.' I hope “Songs Of Freedom” inspires people to get out there and stand for what they believe in!
