+44 confirmed to preform at the BMRC Los Angeles pay off event on March 20!

Boost Mobile RockCorps (BMRC), the national youth volunteerism movement that has motivated more than 16,000 young people to get involved and help their communities, today announced that recording artists Korn, The Game, +44, Rise Against and Young Jeezy are to perform at this year’s first-ever BMRC concert event at LA’s Kodak Theatre on March 30. The concert will reward 3,000 hard-working local youth who have volunteered four hours of community service through BMRC to earn tickets to this ultra-exclusive event

Youth interested in becoming part of the Boost Mobile RockCorps movement can call BMRC at 1-888-ROCK-889, or log onto www.boostmobilerockcorps.com for more information and to register for membership. BMRC members will be notified of volunteer opportunities in their area.

"I wish more than anything I could be there wit my band and our japaneese fans. My arm has taken longer than anyone would expect to heal, I'm also impatient and I l?ve playing my drums more than anything. Unfortunately playing too hard to fast after my injury slowed me down but I'm confident my recovery will be smooth. I've just begun playing everyday so I can be back for my shows in March. I once again apologise and can't wait to be back in Japan. Also, Gil the dude who is filling in for me is killer and so is my band so check out these shows while +44 is in the country."

Update On Travis’s Arm

ok so here is the report on travis’s arm. after a bunch of mri’s and a few doctors, they have determined that his arm still has not healed completely from the injury he sustained during the video shoot. his arm is getting better, but is not all the way better yet. it is great news that his condition isn’t more serious. he is going to need to start using a device called a “bone stimulator” to help regenerate the bone tissue and fill in the stress fractures. his doctor also suggested that he start doing some drumming to build up strength in his arm and bone. so he is going to start working his arm again and using the bone stimulator device every day to build his arm back up to the point where he can play and not be in pain. then in another two weeks he is going back in with his doctors to check how it is all working. basically, we are on the road to recovery and are getting near grandma’s house, so put on your shoes because we are almost there.
