In 2008 Janel starred in the film APRIL SHOWERS written and directed by Andrew Robinson, a survivor of the Columbine tragedy. The film is based on true events that he experienced that day and also stars Tom Arnold, Kelly Blatz, and Illeana Douglas. Janel just completed another lead in the film TRIPLE DOG opposite Scout Taylor Compton. In addition, Janel did an additional episode of the hit series HEROES reprising her role of 'May', and sang the song 'I'm Changin' for the upcoming film THE KINGS OF APPLETOWN.

NLT's "She Said I Said" Premieres on MTV TRL Today!

Janel Parrish recently starred in NLT's new video, "She Said, I Said". The video will be premiering on MTV TRL this Thursday, November 8 at 3:30 EST/3:30 PST, and 12:30 PST, 3:30 EST for all DirecTV and Dish subscribers.

Janel Parrish on Heroes Tonight!

Janel Parrish will be guest appearing on Heroes again tonight, Monday, October 29, as the character "May", a cheerleader, who befriends Hayden Panettiere's character, Claire and invites her to join the cheerleading team. Tune in tonight to the hit show, "Heroes" on NBC at 9 pm.
Previously, Janel Parrish played the character, "Jade" in the Bratz motion picture this past summer, and released her first single under Geffen Records, entitled, "Rainy Day" from the movie.

Janel in the NLT video for "She Said, I Said"

Janel Parrish stars in the NLT video for "She Said, I Said" produced by Timbaland.
"She Said, I Said" was shot in Fontana, California, by filmmaker and producer, Chris Stokes. The video captures the song’s narrative of breaking up, depicting Travis from NLT moving on, leaving his friends and love behind.
