I love this video mainly because it shows off my very favorite singer, Tom Chaplin!
Mr Chaplin has a voice that for me is beyond superlative- beyond compare, I mean. I always want to hear it! He also seems a decent, and lovely man. The video (Which I am liking more , the more I see it) lets us see how well he moves(if we had any doubts, athlete? YEP!) and he looks smashing on camera!
My biggest criticism is that though I LOVE Tom, and seeing run is a delight, I would have liked to have seen Tim Rice-Oxley (piano, backing vocals, synths, bass, song writer), and Richard Hughes (Drums, percussion, backing vocals) Too!
Keane rock, and Perfect Symmetry has inched its way into my top 10 albums of - ever!
My god....whomever is responsible for this nonsensical video needs to be fired. I feel like everything Keane is and represents was molested by this video. The song is great but i cant help but get the impression Keane is being pushed into the pop mainstream a little to forcibly. At any rate, Keane and Interscope have my support 100% because Keane is good for humanity :)
Hmm... I haven't really formed an opinion on the video for "The Lovers Are Losing", but I f*cking LOVE The song! Spiralling is awesome as well. I'm SOOO excited about the new CD, Keane rocks my world! :D
We're pleased to announce that on May 5th, Keane will release The Cherrytree Sessions EP featuring three songs recorded live at The Cherrytree House in LA.
The three songs - intimate renditions of Somewhere Only We Know, Perfect Symmetry and The...» Full Story
