Since I moved to Europe leaving behind one of the most enigmatic cities of all time New York.I finally discovered an artist which reminds me through his explicable words of poetry and finesse as an MC,my love for Hip Hop again. When I finally discovered Black on Both Sides which was earlier this year I was hooked. It was authentic and true to Brooklyn and to this thing we called Hip Hop.I found out this young man was also a brilliant actor.Mos Def conveys his thoughts on the world and a culture with out offending any one.If anyone should be offended by his lyrical content: theY are definately not of age to comprehend where his aim is complying. Brooklyn lives here with me now more than ever when I hear the music of Mos Def. You definately earned my respect as one of artist to the next out here in Germany doing my thing.I heard some of the tracks from T.M. and found them dope as hell looking forward to the release here in Germany. To all the Mos Def supporters Big Up to all of you for 2007! Peace GH
I loved it as I do all your work. You are a true artist that I dig. I loved you in Black Star and I loved Black on Both Sides, New Danger, and I love what I have heard so far from Tru3 Magic.
You keep it real. You are not only hip-hop, you are an artist.
Mos u dont need credit for your work.. You are def top notch.. im feeling this track fa sho'
I like the way it grooves you into the lyrics. I almost felt my african ancestors jump out.
Love you dawg! and we need this shit back into to HIP HOP.. you are HIP HOP..
Come on mos...you're one of the best rappers of all time and you flood your CD's with 14 singin tracks. You gotta give us more than that and maybe tone it down with the singing. I STILl LOVE YOU!!
im just not feeling it mos. I like the direction your taking the lyrics but then again you've always had positive lyrics. I like the feeling of the song . but as a single to represent an album . its weak bro. my opinion . aors out
This joint is ill, Also please tell me that you will put the Napoleon dynamite joint on the album. The clip that I saw from the recordings on the John Lennon educational tour bus was incredible. It sounded like nothing else out there, so Mos should you read this now you know what I would like to see on Tru3 Magic.
PEACE and One Love
