i have bought tickets online, ages ago and my balance shows the money were taken. i only have a reference i got when booking was made. i have not received ticket till now...how can i reach anybody as there is no phone number or proper e-mail?

Tried and tried to buy tickets since 10am today. The link on the website for tickets did not work, i checked other people's comments and looks like everyone had the same problems everywhere. I went on the live link and managed to buy my tickets there but had no seat numbers or plans so i have no idea where my seats will be!! I'm just so glad i finally managed to get the tickets and a chance to see James in concert!! Even if i did have to re-register all my details as the database didn't recognise my details!! Can't wait to see you James!!!!!!
